The Musical Box at the Henry Fonda Theater.
When you hear the words No bite at all in labour
bondage; just wrinkled wrappers or human bandage,
are you compelled to sing out The grand parade of
lifeless packaging, all ready to use! in an English
accent? Then your people have arrived. The Genesis
tribute band to end all Genesis tribute bands come
from Montreal, and call themselves the Musical Box
named after the grandiose lullaby gone wrong from
Nursery Cryme and have their masters
blessing. Yep, the Musical Box are the only band
ever granted a license by Gabriel and company to
perform Genesis material, while faithfully
re-creating masks, costumes, makeup, sets, lighting
design, special effects and choreography, down to
the between-song banter. After successful tours
performing Foxtrot and Selling England by
the Pound, theyre now tackling Genesis
masterpiece, The Lamb Lies Down on Broadway.
