You've probably seen the picture of Gov. Ed Rendell on his hands and knees scrubbing a City Hall men's room. Tomorrow morning at 11:30, he'll join DJ Jerry Blavat and members of the Delfonics, the Hooters and the Trammps, and others in Star Dust Day in front of the Academy of Music (Broad & Locust) to clean up the Broad Street Walk of Fame.
